MOSS 2007 FOR ABU DHABI UNIVERSITY
 This project consists of multiple phases in which MOSS 2007 along with KOFAX is implemented as an integrated solution for the Abu Dhabi University Holding Group providing the organization with a Content Management Solution, Document Scanning and Imaging, Organizational Portal, Document Indexing and Search, Business Process Automation, Collaboration, Business Intelligence and Reporting capabilities. The solution is aimed to bring the different organizations comprising the Holding Group together under a single umbrella where they may share information, communicate through the proper channels and stay connected at all times. A comprehensive security matrix maintains the integrity and visibility of data to the concerned parties, safeguarding all confidential information. Email notifications and customized pages keep the employees informed of any updates and announcements made related to their respective responsibilities. This project is also aimed to implement a complete solution where the profiles of each instructor would be available not only for easy access, but also with comprehensive search capabilities.		     SharePoint 2007 as Document Management and Business Process for HR
The project with Royal Jet branded as SAWA, consists of a complete HR solution complemented by a Content Management Solution for all the other departments. This project implemented in MOSS 2007 and powered by the WWF, helps Royal Jet streamline their processes through electronic forms and automated document generation, advanced content management, information sharing and collaboration, business process management (BPM) and automated workflows, along with all their official and unofficial communication. The portal accessible to the employees both from within the organizational intranet network and over the internet keeps the whole organization connected at all times. An integration of the portal with the Oracle HRMS solution and comprehensive search capabilities combined with the easy-to-use navigation and user interfaces provide the employees a single point of contact to carry out most of their daily responsibilities and requests. Portal, Document Management and Business Process for National Investment Corporation
The NIC project, consisting of two phases, brought NIC a complete content management solution that covered multiple departments, minimizing the use of paper work, email discussions and document storage area. In these two phases, a complete content management solution was implemented for NIC using MOSS 2007, along with a comprehensive document scanning solution using Kofax Ascent Capture. Kofax helped release the scanned documents into respective libraries in MOSS after a considerable reduction in the data inputting, assuring data validity and PDF file creation; at this point, customized WFF workflows take over the document and distribute it to the concerned parties while maintaining a well detailed audit for the document controllers. The Leave Application, Internal Memo, Incoming Correspondence, Outgoing Correspondence, Tendering, Bidder/Vendor Selection and Tender Assessment workflows among other automated modules deployed in this solution helps NIC run a smooth and centralized data management solution while at the same time producing detailed reports for the management to keep track of all ongoing interactions.		     Portal, Document Management and Business Process for Marina Mall
The requirements for this project were that of a complete content management solution that would handle all electronic documents, data, calendars and communication essential to running the mall. A scanning solution implemented in Kofax helped converting existing and new documents into PDF and TIFF formats for storage and sharing. The Document Management and Search capabilities of MOSS along with its complete integration with Kofax helped release these documents directly into their respective locations to be made available to the users. The scanned PDFs and TIFF files being indexed and made available for content search within the documents themselves, the users can now find their desired data much more efficiently and comprehensively as compared to their previous folder sharing system. On top of all this, the powerful and in-depth security capabilities of MOSS give the management a peace of mind that all confidential information is kept safe and every user has access to only the data that they are entitled to process.
       
       
MOSS 2007 for Dubai Circuit Design
The main emphasis of this project, apart from a complete content management solution, was the ability to unify a standard, based on which all projects run by DCD could be managed. In this project, the portal was made available over the extranet, allowing customers from across the globe the ability to logon and update their respective areas, communicate with the team through tasks and calendars, review reports and documentations and be updated of the project status, while maintaining complete security integrity and accountability. The versioning feature of MOSS was specifically taken advantage of in this project where the different documentations of each project could be accessed by each team member and updated maintaining a true versioning history to be shared with the management and the clients.		     Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 For Galadari Brothers Co. LLC
The diversity of content types used by Galadari Brothers and the requirement of a comprehensive events management solution in parallel, called for a comprehensive content management solution that supported enhanced events management capabilities powered by MOSS 2007. In this project, along with a complete content management solution, the rich calendar and task management features of MOSS were taken full advantage of. An integration between the MOSS calendar and Microsoft Outlook, brought together a powerful solution that met all the requirements of a comprehensive Events Management solution. 
       
       
Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 For Khaleej Times
The main focus of this project was to give the client a solution that provided an intensive Events Management solution through the same interface as a powerful Content Management solution, while simultaneously allowing users to be connected at all times. This was achieved by the comprehensive calendar and task features of MOSS combined with its powerful content management solution, integrated with Microsoft Outlook and Blackberry. This solution gave the users the ability to collaborate on schedules, documents, tasks and contacts using an easy to use portal interface, ease of communication to the outside world by the integration of the solution with Microsoft Outlook and their continuous connectivity by its integration with their Blackberry devices. 		    Document Imaging Solution for Carlson Marketing
The challenge behind this project was to provide the client with a solution that helped them efficiently gather information from their on flight evaluation forms, air miles forms and boarding forms. These requirements were met by implementing a Kofax solution that gathered this information by scanning the individual forms, extracting the data from within each form, allowing the user to validate this data through an easy-to-use interface and exporting it to a database for further analysis.
